"عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ: إِنَّ الْخَيْرَ قُسِّمَ عَشْرَةَ أَعْشَارٍ، فَتِسْعَةٌ بِالشَّامِ، وَعُشْرٌ بِهِذِهِ، وَإِنَّ الشَّرَّ قُسَّمَ عَشْرَةَ أَعْشَارٍ، فَتِسْعَةٌ بِهَذِهِ، وَعُشْرٌ بِالشَّامِ".
