"عَنِ ابن عُمَرَ قَالَ: لاَ تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّساءِ وَحْدَهُنَّ إِلاَّ عَلَى مَا يَطَّلِعُ عَلَيْهِ إلاَّ هُنَّ مِنْ عَوْرَاتِ النِّسَاء وَمَا يُشْبِهُ ذَلِكَ مِنْ حَمْلِهِنَّ وَحَيْضِهِنَّ".
