"عَنِ ابْن عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: إِذَا وَجَبَ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ الْقَتْلُ وَوَجَبَ عَلَيْه مَعَهُ حُدُودٌ لَمْ تُقَمْ عَلَيْهِ الْحُدُودُ إِلاَّ الْفِرْيَةُ فَإِنَّه يُحَدُّ، ثُمَّ يُقْتَلُ".
