"عَنْ النخْعِى: أَنَّ عَلِيّا وَزَيْدًا قَالَا فِى رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ أَخًا لأَبِيهِ فَجَعَلَا الْوَلَاءَ لأَخِيهِ لأَبيهِ وَأُمِّهِ فَإِنْ مَاتَ الأَخُ مِنْ أَبِيهِ رَجَعَ الْوَلَاءُ إِلَى بَنِى الأَخِ لِلأَبِّ وَالأُمِّ".

[Machine] And Zaid said concerning a man who left a brother for his father and mother, and a half-brother for his father: They made the guardianship for his brother for his father and mother. If the brother dies from the father's side, the guardianship returns to the brother's children from the father and mother.
