"عَنْ عَلِىٍّ قَالَ: الْيَمِينُ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ بيِّنَةٌ فَاليَمِينُ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ إِذَا كَانَ قَدْ خَالَطَهُ فَإِنْ نَكَلَ حَلَفَ المدَّعِى".
