"عَنْ عِلِىٍّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: فِى الْمُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا وَلَمْ يَفْرِضْ لَهَا صَدَاقًا: لَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ وَلَا صَدَاقَ لَهَا وَقَالَ: لَا يُقْبَل قَوْلُ أَعْرَابِىٍّ منْ أَسْجَعَ عَلَى كِتَابِ الله".

"عَنْ عَلِىَّ بْنِ أَبِى طَالِبٍ قَالَ فِى الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرأَةَ فَيَمُوتُ عَنْهَا، وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا، وَلَمْ يَفْرِضْ لَهَا. كَانَ يَجْعَلُ لَهَا المِيرَاثَ، وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّة، وَلَا يَجْعَلُ لَهَا صَدَاقًا، وَقَالَ: لَا يُقْبَلُ قَوْلُ أَعْرَابِىٍ مِنْ أَسْجَعَ (*) عَلَى كتَابِ الله".
