"عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ: أَنَّ عَلِيّا، وَابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، وَابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ قَالُوا: إِذَا مَضَتِ الأَرْبَعَةُ الأَشْهُرُ فَهِىَ تطْلِيقَةٌ، وَهِىَ أحَقُّ بِنَفْسِهَا، قَالَ قَتَادةُ: قَالَ عَلِىٌّ وَابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ: تَعْتَدُّ عِدَّةَ الْمُطلَّقَةِ".

[Machine] Ali, Ibn Mas'ud, and Ibn Abbas said, "When the four months have passed, it is considered a divorce that is valid and it is entitled to its own (rights)." Qatadah said, Ali and Ibn Mas'ud said, "The waiting period of a divorced woman is observed."
