"عب، عَنْ مُعْمرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ أَنَّ زَيْدَ بْنَ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: وَلَدُ المُلَاعَنَةِ تَرِثُ أُمّهُ مِنْه الثُّلُث، وَمَا بَقِىَ فِى بَيْتِ المَالِ، وَقَالَه ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ أَيْضًا".
