"عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ: فِى الَمْرأَةِ يُفْضِيهَا زَوْجُهَا إِنْ حَبَسَتْ الحَاجَتَيْنِ وَالوَلَدَ فَفِيهَا ثُلُثُ الديَةِ، وَإنْ لَمْ تَحْبِسْ الحَاجَتَيْنِ وَالوَلَدَ فَفِيهَا الدِّيَةُ كَامِلَةً".
