"عَنْ نَافِع بْنِ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَفْرَاءَ (أَنَّهُ) (*) زَوَّجَ ابْنَة أَخِيهِ رَجُلاً، فَخَلَعَهَا، فَرُفِعَ ذَلِكَ إِلَى عثمَانَ فَأَجَازَهُ، وَأَمَرَهَا انْ تَعْتَدَّ حَيْضَةٌ".
