"عن أبان بن عُثْمَانَ قَال: أُتِىَ عُثمَان بِرَجُلٍ ضَمَّ إلَيْه ضَالَّةَ رَجُلٍ فىِ الشِّهرِ الحَرَام فَأُصيبَتْ عِنْدَهُ، فَغَرَّمه ثَمنَهَا، وَمِثْلَ ثُلُثِ ثمَنِها".
