"عنْ أَبَانَ بنِ عُثمَانَ قال: أَنَّ عُثمَانَ أَغْرَمَ فىِ نَاقَةِ مُحْرمٍ (أضَلَّها) (*) رَجُلٌ فَأغْرَمَهُ الثُّلُثَ زِيَادَةً عَلى ثَمَنِها".
