("إذَا لَقِيتَ عدُوَّكَ فادْعُهمْ إلى الإسْلام، فإنْ أجابوكَ فاقْبَلْ منهم؛ فإِنْ أَبَوْا فسلهم الجزيةَ، فإنْ أبَوْا فاسْتعِنْ بالله وقاتِلهُمْ".
