"لا قَطْعَ فِي مَاشِيَةٍ إلا مَا وَارَى الزِّرْب، وَلا فِي التَّمْرِ إِلا مَا أَوى الْجَرِينُ".

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "There should be no cutting in livestock except what is behind the hump, and there should be no cutting in fruit except what is sheltered by the greenery."
