"عَنْ أَبِى الْعَالِيَةِ قَالَ: كَانَ أُبَىُّ بْنُ كَعْبٍ صاحِبَ عِبَادَةٍ، فَلَمَّا احْتَاجَ إِلَيْهِ النَّاسُ تَرَكَ الْعِبَادَةَ وَجَلَسَ لِلْقَوْمِ".
