السيوطي:٢١٤١٧a –

"مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَقَال في إِثْرِ يَمِينِهِ: إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ، ثُمَّ حَنِث فِيمَا حَلَفَ فِيهِ، فَإِنَّ كَفَّارَةَ يَمِينِهِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ".
