"مَنْ بَاعَ مِنْكُمْ دَارًا أَوْ عَقَارًا، فَليَعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ مَالٌ قَمِنٌ أَن لَا يُبَارَك لَهُ فِيهِ، إِلا أَنْ يَجْعَلَهُ في مِثْلِهِ".
