"مَنْ باعَ أَرْضًا أَوْ دَارًا، فَإِنَّ جَارَ الأَرْض وَجَارَ الدَّارِ هُوَ أَحَقُّ بابتِيَاعِهَا إِذَا قَامَ بِثَمَنِهَا".
[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to say, "Whoever sells land or a house, then the neighbor of the land and the neighbor of the house has more right to buy it if they establish its price."
