"عَنْ أبِى رَافِعٍ قَالَ: مَرَّ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ وَأنَا أَصُوغُ وَأَقْرَأُ الْقُرآنَ قَالَ: يَا أَبَا رَافِعٍ لأَنْتَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ عُمَرَ، تُؤدِّى حَقَّ الله وَحَقَّ مَوَالِيكَ".
