"عَنْ عُمَرَ قَالَ: لأَنْ أَكُونَ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ الله ﷺ عَن قَوْمٍ يَقُولُونَ: نُقِرُّ بِالزَّكَاةِ فِى أَمْوَالِنَا وَلَا نُؤَدِّيهَا إِلَيْكَ: أَيَحِلُّ لَنَا قِتَالُهُمْ؟ وَعَنِ الْكَلَالَةِ؟ وَعَنِ الْخَلِيفَةِ بَعْدَهُ، أَحَبُّ إِلَىَّ مِنْ حُمْرِ النَّعَمِ".

[Machine] "Because I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about three things that are dearer to me than red camels: who will be the caliph after him, and people who say that we do not have to pay zakat on our wealth and we will not give it to you, is it permissible to fight them? And about keffiyeh."

الحاكم:٣١٨٦ – هَكَذَا أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ طَلْحَةَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ بْنِ رُكَانَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ

لَأَنْ أَكُونَ سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ عَنْ «ثَلَاثٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ مِنْ حُمْرِ النَّعَمِ مَنِ الْخَلِيفَةُ بَعْدَهُ وَعَنْ قَوْمٍ قَالُوا أَنُقِرُّ بِالزَّكَاةِ فِي أَمْوَالِنَا وَلَا نُؤَدِّيهَا إِلَيْكَ أَيَحِلُّ قِتَالُهُمْ؟ وَعَنِ الْكَلَالَةِ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ بل ما خرجا لمحمد شيئا ولا أدرك عمر
