"عَنْ سعيدِ بنِ عبيدِ بنِ السباقِ أن رجلًا تزوجَ امرأةً على عهدِ عمر بْنِ الخطابِ وشرطَ لهَا أن لا يُخْرِجَهَا، فوضع عمرُ بنُ الخطابِ عنه الشرطَ، وقال: المرأة مع زوجها".
