السيوطي:٢-٢٨١٣b

"عَنْ أَبِى إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمَدَانِى أَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ كَانَ يَبِيعُ أُمَّهَاتِ الأَوْلَادِ فِى إِمَارَتِهِ، وَعُمَرَ فِى نِصْفِ إِمَارَتِهِ، ثُمَّ إِنَّ عُمَرَ قَالَ: كَيْفَ تُباعُ وَوَلَدُهَا حُرٌّ؟ فَحَرَّمَ بَيْعَهَا. حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ عُثْمَانُ شَكَوْا أَوْ رَكِبُوا (فِى ذَلِك) ".
