السيوطي:٢-٢١٤٧b –

"عَنْ أَبِى بَكْرِ بْنِ عُثمَانَ بْنِ آلِ يَرْبُوعٍ قَالَ: دَخَلَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعيدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو العَدَوىِّ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الخَطَّابِ، وَكانَ اسْمُهُ مُوسَى، فَسَمَّاهُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ، فَثَبَتَ اسْمُهُ إِلَى اليَوْم، وَذَلِكَ حِينَ أَرَادَ عُمَرُ أَنْ يُغيرَ اسْمَ مَنْ تَسَمَّى بأَسْمَاءِ الأَنْبِيَاءِ".

"عَنْ أَبِى بَكْرِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ المَخْزُومِىِّ مِنْ آل يَرْبُوعِ أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحمَنِ ابْنَ الحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامِ كَانَ اسْمُهُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فَدَخَلَ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الخَطَّابِ في وِلَايَتِهِ حِينَ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُغَيِّرَ اسْمَ مَنْ تَسَمَّى بِأَسْمَاءِ الأَنْبِيَاءِ فَغَيَّرَ اسْمَهُ، فَسَمَّاهُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ فَثَبَتَ اسْمُهُ إِلَى الْيَوْمِ".
