"عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَريمِ قَالَ: كُتِبَ إِلَى أَبِى بَكْرٍ فِى أَسِيرٍ مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ قَدْ أُعْطِىَ بِهِ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَكَتَبَ: لَا تُفَادُوا بِهِ، اقْتُلُوه".
