"عن مسروق: أَنَّ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ أُمَّ عَاصِمٍ فَخَاصَمَتْهُ جَدَّتُهُ إِلَى أبِى بَكْرٍ، فَقَضَى أَنْ يَكُونَ الْوَلَدُ مَعَ جَدَّتِهِ، وَالنَّفَقَةُ عَلَى عُمَرَ، وَقَالَ: هِىَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ".
