"عن أَبِى الزَّنَاد، عَنْ الفُقَهَاءِ الذِينَ يُنْتَهَى إِلَى قولِهِمْ مِنْ أَهلِ الْمَدينَةِ أَنَّهُمْ كَانوا يَقُولونَ: قَضَى أَبُو بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقُ عَلَى عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ لِجَدَّةِ عَاصِمٍ بِحَضَانَتِهِ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ، وَأُمُّ عَاصِمٍ يَوْمَئِذٍ حَيَّةٌ مُتَزَوِّجَةٌ".
