[Machine] Abu Abdulrahman Abu Hariz is weak in hadith and I do not know him well. Hamza, Abu Hariz, Abdullah ibn Al-Husain, the judge of Sistan, said.  

الكبرى للنسائي:٩٠٦٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِي حَرِيزٍ أَنَّ أَيْفَعَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ عَمَّنْ أَفْطَرَ فِي رَمَضَانَ قَالَ كَانَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ «§مَنْ أَفْطَرَ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَعَلَيْهِ عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ أَوْ صَوْمُ شَهْرٍ أَوْ إِطْعَامُ ثَلَاثِينَ مِسْكِينًا» قُلْتُ وَمَنْ وَقَعَ عَلَى امْرَأَتِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ أَوْ سَمِعَ أَذَانَ الْجُمُعَةِ وَلَمْ يُجَمِّعْ لَيْسَ لَهُ عُذْرٌ قَالَ «كَذَلِكَ عِتْقُ رَقَبَةٍ» قَالَ

أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَبُو حَرِيزٍ ضَعِيفٌ الْحَدِيثِ وَأَيْفَعَ لَا أَعْرِفُهُ قَالَ حَمْزَةُ أَبُو حَرِيزٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ قَاضِي سِجِسْتَانَ
