[Machine] A man said: O Messenger of Allah ﷺ , I had sexual intercourse with my wife while she is menstruating. The Prophet ﷺ ordered him to free a slave. Ibn Abbas said: "And the value of the slave at that time was a dinar."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٩٠٦٨ – أَخْبَرَنِي مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ السُّلَمِيِّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ بَذِيمَةَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ قَالَ

رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ امْرَأَتِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يَعْتِقَ نَسَمَةً قَالَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ «وَقِيمَةُ النَّسَمَةِ يَوْمَئِذٍ دِينَارٌ»
