"I heard Jabir say: 'I fell sick, and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and Abu Bakr came to visit me. They found me unconscious, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ performed Wudu' and poured his Wudu' water over me.'" (Using translation from Nasāʾī 138)  

الكبرى للنسائي:٧١أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الْمُنْكَدِرِ يَقُولُ

سَمِعْتُ جَابِرًا يَقُولُ «مَرِضْتُ فَأَتَانِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ يَعُودَانِي فَوَجَدَانِي قَدْ أُغْمِيَ عَلَيَّ» فَتَوَضَّأَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَصَبَّ عَلَيَّ وَضُوءَهُ
