Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Abdullah ibn Umar was coming from Makka and when he was at Qudayd, news came to him from Madina and he returned and entered Makka without ihram. Yahya related the same as that to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab.  

مالك:٢٠-٢٦٠وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ

أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ أَقْبَلَ مِنْ مَكَّةَ حَتَّى إِذَا كَانَ بِقُدَيْدٍ جَاءَهُ خَبَرٌ مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ فَرَجَعَ فَدَخَلَ مَكَّةَ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامٍ وَحَدَّثَنِي عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ بِمِثْلِ ذَلِكَ

[Machine] Abdullah ibn Umar came from Mecca until he reached Qudaid. He received news from Medina, so he returned and entered Mecca without wearing Ihram.
