ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ أَبَا بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقَ ؓ كَانَ أَحَبَّ النَّاسِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ

"Abu Bakr is our chief, and the best of us, and the most beloved of us to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ." (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3656)   

ابن حبّان:٦٨٦٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مَوْلَى ثَقِيفٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ بِلَالٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ

«كَانَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحَبَّنَا إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَكَانَ خَيَرَنَا وَسَيِّدَنَا»
