ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَمَّا يَجِبُ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ مِنْ تَرْكِ مُجَاوَبَةِ أَخِيهِ عِنْدَ سِبَابٍ يَكُونُ بَيْنَهُمَا

[Machine] Narrated Abu Hurairah: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The one who initiates the argument bears the burden of proof as long as the oppressed person does not transgress."

[Machine] The Qa'nabi narrated to me that Abdul Aziz ibn Muhammad narrated to us from Al-Ala'a from his father from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "The believer is jealous (for his faith) and Allah is more jealous (for his worship)."

حَدَّثَنِي الْقَعْنَبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْمُؤْمِنُ يَغَارُ وَاللَّهُ أَشَدُّ غَيْرَةً»  

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ مِنْ خَيْرِ النَّاسِ مَنْ رُجِيَ خَيْرُهُ، وَأُمِنَ شَرُّهُ

[Machine] Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, "Shall I not inform you about the best of you in terms of faith? It is the one from whom goodness is expected and harm is feared. And shall I not inform you about the worst of you in terms of faith? It is the one from whom goodness is not expected and harm is not feared."

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أَلَا أُخْبِرُكُمْ بِخَيْرِكُمْ مِنْ شَرِّكُمْ؟ » فقَالَ رَجُلٌ بَلَى يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ «خَيْرُكُمْ مَنْ يُرْجَى خَيْرُهُ وَيُؤْمَنُ شَرُّهُ وَشَرُّكُمْ مَنْ لَا يُرْجَى خَيْرُهُ وَلَا يُؤْمَنُ شَرُّهُ»  

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ الدُّنْيَا إِنَّمَا جُعِلَتْ سِجْنًا لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ لِيَسْتَوْفُوا بِتَرْكِ مَا يَشْتَهُونَ فِي الدُّنْيَا مِنَ الْجِنَانِ فِي الْعُقْبَى

[Machine] Narrated by Al-Qa'nabi, who said that Abdul Aziz ibn Muhammad narrated to us, from Al-Ala' who narrated from his father, from Abu Hurairah, who said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The world is the prison of the believer and the paradise of the disbeliever."

ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَمَّا يَجِبُ عَلَى الْمَرْءِ الْمُسْلِمِ مِنْ تَرْكِ الْقُنُوطِ مِنْ رَحْمَةِ اللَّهِ جَلَّ وَعَلَا مَعَ تَرْكِ الِاتِّكَالِ عَلَى سَعَةِ رَحْمَتِهِ، وَإِنْ كَثُرَتْ أَعْمَالُهُ

“If the believer knew what is with Allah of punishment, none would hope for Paradise, and if the disbeliever knew what is with Allah of mercy, none would despair of (attaining) Paradise.” (Using translation from Tirmidhī 3542)   

ابن حبّان:٣٤٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ قَالَ

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَوْ يَعْلَمُ الْمُؤْمِنُ مَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنَ الْعُقُوبَةِ مَا طَمِعَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ أَحَدٌ وَلَوْ يَعْلَمُ الْكَافِرُ مَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِنَ الرَّحْمَةِ مَا قَنَطَ مِنَ الْجَنَّةِ أَحَدٌ»  

ذِكْرُ الْبَيَانِ بِأَنَّ أَفْضَلَ الْأَيَّامِ يَوْمُ الْجُمُعَةِ

ibnhibban:2770al-Faḍl b. al-Ḥubāb al-Jumaḥī > al-Qaʿnabī > ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Muḥammad > al-ʿAlāʾ from his father > Abū Hurayrah

[Machine] This is a Hadith from the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ . It says: "The sun does not rise or set on a day better than Friday. Every creature is in a state of panic on the day of Friday except for these two: jinn and humans."  

ابن حبّان:٢٧٧٠أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا تَطْلُعُ الشَّمْسُ وَلَا تَغْرُبُ عَلَى يَوْمٍ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَمَا مِنْ دَابَّةٍ إِلَّا وَهِيَ تَفْزَعُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِلَّا هَذَيْنِ الثَّقَلَيْنِ الْجِنِّ وَالْإِنْسِ»  

ibnhibban:1504Abū Khalīfah > al-Qaʿnabī > ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz b. Muḥammad > al-ʿAlāʾ from his father > Abū Hurayrah

[Machine] Narrated by Al-Qa'nabi, who said: Abdulaziz bin Muhammad reported to us from Al-Ala'a, from his father, from Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Verily heat is a breeze from the hellfire, so cool it off with prayer."  

ابن حبّان:١٥٠٤أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «إِنَّ الْحَرَّ مِنْ فَيْحِ جَهَنَّمَ فَأَبْرِدُوا بِالصَّلَاةِ»  

ذِكْرُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ قَوْلِ الْمُسْلِمِ فِي الْحَوَادِثِ يَنْسُبُهَا إِلَى الْأَنْوَاءِ

[Machine] Narrated Abu Huraira: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no transmission of diseases, no superstitious beliefs, no transference of suffering, and no bad omens."  

ابن حبّان:٦١٣٣أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ

ذِكْرُ نَفْيِ اجْتِمَاعِ الْقَاتِلِ الْمُسْلِمِ وَالْكَافِرِ فِي النَّارِ عَلَى سَبِيلِ الْخُلُودِ

[Machine] We were informed by Al-Qa'nabi, who was informed by Abdul-Aziz ibn Muhammad, who heard it from Al-Ala, who heard it from his father, who heard it from Abu Hurairah, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The disbeliever and his killer will never be united in the Fire."  

ابن حبّان:٤٦٦٥أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَجْتَمِعُ الْكَافِرُ وَقَاتِلُهُ فِي النَّارِ أَبَدًا»  

ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَنْ وُقُوعِ الْفِتَنِ نَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ السَّلَامَةَ مِنْهَا

[Machine] Narrated Abu Huraira:

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Hasten to perform good deeds before a time comes upon you like the dark night. During that time, a person will be a believer in the morning and a disbeliever in the evening, or he will be a believer in the evening and a disbeliever in the morning. He will sell his religion for worldly gains."  

ابن حبّان:٦٧٠٤أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ قَالَ

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «بَادِرُوا بِالْأَعْمَالِ فِتَنًا كَقِطَعِ اللَّيْلِ الْمُظْلِمِ يُصْبِحُ الرَّجُلُ فِيهَا مُؤْمِنًا وَيُمْسِي كَافِرًا وَيُصْبِحُ كَافِرًا وَيُمْسِي مُؤْمِنًا يَبِيعُ دِينَهُ بِعَرَضٍ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا»  

ذِكْرُ إِطْلَاقِ اسْمِ الزِّنَى عَلَى الْأَعْضَاءِ إِذَا جَرَى مِنْهَا بَعْضُ شُعَبِ الزِّنَى

[Machine] Narrated Abu Huraira: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The eyes commit adultery, the tongue commits adultery, the hands commit adultery, the feet commit adultery, and then the private parts confirm that or deny it." (Sahih Muslim)

حَدَّثَنَا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «الْعَيْنَانِ تَزْنِيَانِ وَاللِّسَانُ يَزْنِي وَالْيَدَانِ تَزْنِيَانِ وَالرِّجْلَانِ تَزْنِيَانِ وَيُحَقِّقُ ذَلِكَ الْفَرْجُ أَوْ يُكَذِّبُهُ»
