ذِكْرُ الْخَبَرِ الْمُدْحِضِ قَوْلَ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ هَذَا الْخَبَرَ تَفَرَّدَ بِهِ يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "Any flowing water such as a river or stream, or stagnant water that can be drawn from is considered impure if it is touched by a dead animal."  

ابن حبّان:٣٢٨٦أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْحِزَامِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَا كَانَ بَعْلًا أَوْ يُسْقَى بِنَهَرٍ أَوْ عَثَرِيًّا يُؤْخَذُ مِنْ كُلِّ عَشَرَةٍ وَاحِدٌ»
