ذِكْرُ الْإِخْبَارِ عَنْ وَصْفِ الْعَلَامَةِ الَّتِي يَكُونُ بِهَا قَبْضُ رُوحِ الْمُؤْمِنِ

ibnhibban:3011 – Abū Khalīfah > Musaddad b. Musarhad > Yaḥyá al-Qaṭṭān > al-Muthanná b. Saʿīd > Qatādah > ʿAbdullāh b. Buraydah from his father

[Machine] He entered and saw his son with a running forehead and said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'The believer dies with sweat on his forehead.'"  

ابن حبّان:٣٠١١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو خَلِيفَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى الْقَطَّانِ عَنِ الْمُثَنَّى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ فَرَأَى ابْنًا لَهُ يَرْشَحُ جَبِينُهُ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «يَمُوتُ الْمُؤْمِنُ بِعَرَقِ الْجَبِينِ»
