الحاكم:٧٥٨٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّافِعِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجِ عَنِ ابْنِ خُثَيْمٍ عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكٍ عَنْ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ أَمَرَ فِي الْفَرَعِ فِي كُلِّ خَمْسَةٍ وَاحِدَةٌ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح
