الحاكم:٧٥١٠ – وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ وَهْبٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ رَبِّهِ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ نَافِعًا يَقُولُ «كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِذَا دَعَا طَبِيبًا يُعَالِجُ بَعْضَ أَصْحَابِهِ اشْتَرَطَ عَلَيْهِ

أَنْ لَا يُدَاوِيَ بِشَيْءٍ مِمَّا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ ﷻ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
