البيهقي:١٩٦٨٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ أَنَّ عَبْدَ رَبِّهِ بْنَ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ نَافِعًا يَقُولُ كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِذَا دَعَا طَبِيبًا يُعَالِجُ بَعْضَ أَهْلِهِ اشْتَرَطَ عَلَيْهِ

أَنْ لَا يُدَاوِيَ بِشَيْءٍ مِمَّا حَرَّمَ اللهُ ﷻ
