الحاكم:٧٠٥٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ الْعَنَزِيُّ ثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ ثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ الْفُرَاتِ عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ

«إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ رَدَّ الْيَمِينَ عَلَى طَالِبِ الْحَقِّ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ لا أعرف محمدا وأخشى أن لا يكون الحديث باطلا
