«عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ دَهْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ هَمَّامِ بْنِ أَبَانَ بْنِ يَسَارِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ يُكَنَّى أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مَاتَ سَنَةَ خَمْسِينَ»
