«عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَاصِ بْنِ عَبْدِ رَهَمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ هَمَّامٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ يُكَنَّى أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ تُوُفِّيَ سَنَةَ خَمْسِينَ»
