[Machine] "Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, his name is Abdullah bin Qays bin Sulaim bin Haddar bin Huraith bin Amir bin Bakr bin Amir bin Udhrah bin Wa'il bin Najiyah bin al-Muhajir bin al-Ash'ari. He is a descendant of Udad bin Yashjub bin Ya'rub bin Qahtan. His mother is Tayyiba bintu Wahb bin Atik, and she embraced Islam and died in Madinah. Abu Musa arrived in Makkah and took an oath of allegiance with Abu Uhayha Sa'id bin al-'As, embraced Islam in Makkah, and then migrated to the land of Habasha. After that, he came with the people of the two ships and the Messenger of Allah ﷺ to Khaybar."  

الحاكم:٥٩٥٣حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْجَهْمِ ثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ قَالَ

«أَبُو مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيُّ اسْمُهُ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ قَيْسِ بْنِ سُلَيْمِ بْنِ حَضَّارِ بْنِ حُرَيْثِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَامِرِ بْنِ عُذْرِ بْنِ وَائِلِ بْنِ نَاجِيَةَ بْنِ الْمُهَاجِرِ بْنِ الْأَشْعَرِيِّ وَهُوَ نَبْتُ بْنُ أُدَدَ بْنِ يَشْجُبَ بْنِ يَعْرُبَ بْنِ قَحْطَانَ وَأُمُّ أَبِي مُوسَى طَيْبَةُ بِنْتُ وَهْبِ بْنِ عَتِيكٍ وَقَدْ كَانَتْ أَسْلَمَتْ وَمَاتَتْ بِالْمَدِينَةِ وَكَانَ أَبُو مُوسَى قَدِمَ مَكَّةَ فَحَالَفَ أَبَا أُحَيْحَةَ سَعِيدَ بْنَ الْعَاصِ وَأَسْلَمَ بِمَكَّةَ وَهَاجَرَ إِلَى أَرْضِ الْحَبَشَةِ ثُمَّ قَدِمَ مَعَ أَهْلِ السَّفِينَتَيْنِ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ بِخَيْبَرَ»
