[Machine] Ya'la ibn Umayyah had three sons; Safwan, Uthman, and Abdul Rahman.  

الحاكم:٥٧٨٨ – حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَاتِمٍ السُّلَمِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ مُسْلِمَ بْنَ الْحَجَّاجِ يَقُولُ أَبُو الْمَرَازِمِ يَعْلَى بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ الثَّقَفِيُّ لَهُ صُحْبَةٌ خَالَفَ مُسْلِمٌ رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ يَحْيَى بْنَ مَعِينٍ فِي هَذَا فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ يَعْقُوبَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ الْعَبَّاسَ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ يَحْيَى يَقُولُ «كُنْيَةُ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الثَّقَفِيِّ أَبُو الْمَرَازِمِ» وَقَدْ رَوَى

عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ صَفْوَانُ وَعُثْمَانُ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ
