الحاكم:٥٣٥٢ – حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنِي صَالِحُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ قَالَ كُنْتُ أَسِيرُ فِي رَكْبٍ بَيْنَ عُثْمَانَ وَعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ «مَنْ صَاحِبُ الْخَمِيصَةِ؟» فَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنَا فَقَالَ

عُثْمَانُ «هَا يَا مِسْوَرُ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّهُ خَيْرٌ مِنْ خَالِكَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ فِي الْهِجْرَةِ الْأُولَى فَقَدْ كَذَبَ» سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
