[Machine] "Hajj is only forbidden during the month of Hajj, and it is from the Sunnah of Hajj to prohibit oneself from Hajj during the month of Hajj."  

الحاكم:١٦٤٢ – حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُسْتَمْلِي فِي آخَرِينَ قَالُوا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ خُزَيْمَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ كُرَيْبٍ ثنا أَبُو خَالِدٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«لَا يُحْرَمُ بِالْحَجِّ إِلَّا فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ فَإِنَّ مِنْ سُنَّةِ الْحَجِّ أَنْ يُحْرَمَ بِالْحَجِّ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَقَدْ جَرَتْ فِيهِ مُنَاظَرَةٌ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ شَيْخِنَا أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ السَّبِيعِيِّ فَإِنَّهُ أَنْكَرَهُ وَقَالَ إِنَّمَا رَوَاهُ النَّاسُ «عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَأَةَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ» فَمِنْ أَيْنَ جَاءَ بِهِ شَيْخُكُمْ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ فَقُلْتُ تَأَمَّلْ مَا تَقُولُ فَإِنَّ شَيْخِنَا أَتَى بِالْإِسْنَادَيْنِ جَمِيعًا فَكَأَنَّمَا أَلْقَمْتُهُ حَجَرًا
