[Machine] "If two of the heirs bear witness to a debt, it is considered a part of the total wealth if they are competent." And Al-Sha'bi said, "They should take their share."

الدارمي:٣١١٥ – حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ

«إِذَا شَهِدَ اثْنَانِ مِنَ الْوَرَثَةِ بِدَيْنٍ فَهُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ إِذَا كَانُوا عُدُولًا» وَقَالَ الشَّعْبِيُّ «عَلَيْهِمَا فِي نَصِيبِهِمَا»
