bukhari:4038 – Isḥāq b. Naṣr > Yaḥyá b. Ādam > Ibn Abū Zāʾidah from his father > Abū Isḥāq > al-Barāʾ b. ʿĀzib

Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent a group of persons to Abu Rafiʿ. ʿAbdullah bin Atik entered his house at night, while he was sleeping, and killed him.  

البخاري:٤٠٣٨ – حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ؓ قَالَ

بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ رَهْطًا إِلَى أَبِي رَافِعٍ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَتِيكٍ بَيْتَهُ لَيْلاً وَهْوَ نَائِمٌ فَقَتَلَهُ
