bukhari:3023 – ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad > Yaḥyá b. Ādam > Yaḥyá b. Abū Zāʾidah from his father > Abū Isḥāq > al-Barāʾ b. ʿĀzib

Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent a group of the Ansar to Abu Rafiʿ. ʿAbdullah bin Atik entered his house at night and killed him while he was sleeping.  

البخاري:٣٠٢٣ – حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ؓ قَالَ

بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ رَهْطًا مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ إِلَى أَبِي رَافِعٍ فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَتِيكٍ بَيْتَهُ لَيْلاً فَقَتَلَهُ وَهْوَ نَائِمٌ
