Messenger of Allah ﷺ was the handsomest of all the people, and had the best appearance. He was neither very tall nor short.  

البخاري:٣٥٤٩ – حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ يَقُولُ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ أَحْسَنَ النَّاسِ وَجْهًا وَأَحْسَنَهُ خَلْقًا لَيْسَ بِالطَّوِيلِ الْبَائِنِ وَلاَ بِالْقَصِيرِ

Al-Bara' reported that Messenger of Allah ﷺ had the most handsome face amongst men and he had the best disposition and he was neither very tall nor short-statured.
