28.2 If a non-Muhrim hunts and gives to a Muhrim
٢٨۔٢ باب إِذَا صَادَ الْحَلاَلُ فَأَهْدَى لِلْمُحْرِمِ الصَّيْدَ أَكَلَهُ
[Machine] Ibn Abbas and Anas did not see any harm in slaughtering animals such as camels, sheep, cows, chickens, and horses. It is said that this action is considered fair. If the balance is broken, then it is considered wrongful. They maintain fairness and establish justice.
وَلَمْ يَرَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ وَأَنَسٌ بِالذَّبْحِ بَأْسًا وَهُوَ غَيْرُ الصَّيْدِ نَحْوُ الإِبِلِ وَالْغَنَمِ وَالْبَقَرِ وَالدَّجَاجِ وَالْخَيْلِ، يُقَالُ عَدْلُ ذَلِكَ مِثْلُ، فَإِذَا كُسِرَتْ عِدْلٌ فَهُوَ زِنَةُ ذَلِكَ. قِيَامًا قِوَامًا. يَعْدِلُونَ يَجْعَلُونَ عَدْلاً.
