bayhaqi:9 – Abū Muḥammad ʿAbdullāh b. Yūsuf > Abū Saʿīd b. al-Aʿrābī > Saʿdān b. Naṣr > Abū Muʿāwiyah > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to seek refuge saying, "O Allah, cleanse my heart with the water of snow and hail" and he would mention this hadith.  

البيهقي:٩ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ثنا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ نا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ نا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَتَعَوَّذُ يَقُولُ اللهُمَّ اغْسِلْ قَلْبِي بِمَاءِ الثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ  

أَخْرَجَهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَمُسْلِمٌ جَمِيعًا فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ فِي الْحَدِيثِ اللهُمَّ اغْسِلْ خَطَايَايَ بِمَاءِ الثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ
